Notes: A ½ hour before starting, chill serving glasses in fridge.
Directions:
Mix horseradish powder with 1 tsp. water to make a thick paste and set aside to allow natural heat to develop. Working with two pitchers, mix tomato powder with cold water in one pitcher and whisk until thoroughly blended. In the same pitcher, add black pepper, 1½ tsp. Cambridgeshire Celery Seasoning (reserving the rest for the rim of the glasses), squeeze in the juice of 2 slices of lime (reserving the rest of limes for garnish) and add the remaining ingredients including the horseradish paste. Pouring pitcher-to-pitcher, mix until thoroughly blended. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions:
Level remaining Cambridgeshire Celery Seasoning on a saucer and roll glasses to coat the rim. Fill glass 2/3 with ice, just less than half way with vodka or gin top off with Bloody Mary mix and stir carefully. Spear 2 olives and 1 piece sausage and set in glass and finish with 1 piece of lime each.
