Whip up a batch of these easy drop cookies in no time for a sweet, nostalgic treat.



Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in extract and salt. Add flour and mix on low speed until just combined and no streaks of flour remain. Place Cinnamon Sugar in a separate small bowl. Roll pieces of dough into 1-inch balls and roll balls in Cinnamon Sugar to coat. Set on prepared baking sheet and press to flatten slightly. Bake for 12 to 15 min. or until bottoms are starting to brown. Let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. Store in an airtight container.
