Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in arrowroot or flour until it forms into a paste. Slowly pour in milk and add remaining ingredients. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Serving Suggestions:
Great on fish (especially halibut), chicken and vegetables.
Yields: heavy 1/2 cup
