Directions:
Combine dry ingredients and break up any lumps with fingers.
Add enough orange juice to make the mixture spreadable.
Spread on ham 15-45 minutes before fully cooked. Cook the ham by following the directions on the ham package.*
*In general, cooked or uncooked hams are heated at 325 degrees in the oven. Cooked and uncooked hams need 15-30 minutes of cooking time per pound of meat depending on whether it is a bone-in, boneless or canned. Cooked hams should have a 135 degree internal temperature before being removed from the oven and a 140 degree internal finished temperature after resting. Uncooked hams should have a 155-160 degree internal temperature before being removed from the oven and a 160-170 degree internal finished temperature after resting.
