Recipe also works with beef instead of bison.
Mix spices and Worcestershire together in a medium bowl. Add ground bison and mix with hands until well combined. Form mixture into 4 patties and preheat grill to medium-high. Grill burgers to desired doneness. Toast buns on grill while burgers are cooking. Divide blue cheese crumbles among the top of all 4 burgers just before removing them from the grill. Place burgers on toasted buns and top each with beefsteak tomato slices, a small handful of basil leaves and bacon slices.
