Hibiscus Tea or Agua de Jamaica

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups hibiscus flowers
- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup honey powder
Directions:
Boil 1 gallon of water. Reduce heat and add hibiscus flowers. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain out hibiscus flowers through cheesecloth. Add honey powder (can add more or less for desired sweetness).
