Directions

Make a long slit down the middle of each vanilla bean, exposing the seeds. Cut beans in half and place in a clean, sealable 8 oz. jar. Pour alcohol of choice over the beans to cover. Seal and let sit for at least one month. Shake the jar every few days to assist the infusion process.
