- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. honey powder
You can make a Maple Butter variation by using maple sugar in place of honey powder.
In a small bowl, whip butter until soft. Add honey powder to butter and blend until well combined.
Makes the perfect accompaniment to our Irish Soda Bread. Also delicious on cornbread, pancakes, waffles or roasted sweet potatoes.
