Notes: Try swapping out the dutch cocoa for a cocoa blend like Mexican or Mayan.
Directions:
Mix 1 tbsp. cocoa and 1 tbsp. sugar together in a drinking mug. Pour in about 2 tbsp. hot milk and mix together to form a paste. Doing this helps to dissolve the cocoa and results in a non-clumpy drink. Slowly pour in the rest of the milk and mix thoroughly. If needed, add more sugar to taste.
