Recipe: KC Steak Marinade
This marinade is great for steak but also works well for fish steaks, pork chops, mushrooms, and squash.
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Kansas City Strip Steak Seasoning
While this marinade is perfect for steak, it also works for pork chops, fish steaks, and vegetables like mushrooms, squash, or zucchini. Whisk in ¼ cup mayonnaise to turn this marinade into a creamy salad dressing or dip for grilled veggies.
Whisk all ingredients together. Use to marinate up to 2 lbs. of steak for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove steak from marinade, wipe off any excess marinade, and sprinkle with additional Strip Steak Seasoning if desired to give steak a little extra char when cooked. Grill or sear in a stovetop pan to desired doneness.
