Recipe: Merken Spiced Dipping Sauce
Makes a delicious dip or sandwich spread.
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Mapuche Style Merkén Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. dehydrated minced garlic (or 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
- 2 oz. roasted red bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- kosher salt & ground black pepper
Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve cold or at room temperature. Will keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
Use as a dip for our Beer Battered Green Beans and as a spread on our Chacarero Chilean Steak Sandwich.
