Recipe: Mexican-Style Chorizo
Homemade chorizo couldn't be easier (or more flavorful) with this no-fuss method.
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 4 Tbsp. Chimayo Chorizo Sausage Spice
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
Mix all ingredients together then refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Pan fry for ground chorizo, or form into sausage patties or links.
Makes an authentically spicy sausage for Mexican-style dishes like queso fundido, nachos, breakfast burritos, or enchiladas.
