Mexican Style Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
1½ tsp. tomato powder
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. California basil
½ tsp. dehydrated minced garlic
1 tsp. Mexican oregano
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. salt

Notes:
When making a vinaigrette, use a bottle or jar with a tight lid, as you will need to shake vigorously to combine the ingredients before using.

Directions:
In a bottle or jar, mix tomato powder into water until dissolved. Next, pour in cider vinegar, lemon juice and lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously to combine.

Serving Suggestions:
For a spicier version, try adding a little cayenne or minced jalapeño.
