Notes: When making vinaigrette, use a bottle or jar with a tight lid, as you will need to shake vigorously to combine the ingredients before using.
Directions:
In a bottle or jar, mix tomato powder into water until dissolved. Next, pour in cider vinegar, lemon juice and lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serving Suggestions:
For a spicier version, try adding a little cayenne or minced jalapeņo.
Yields: 1 1/2 cups
