Recipe: Peruvian Herb Dip
This dip is a great dish to have for a small get together or a fun treat on family night!
Mix all ingredients together, and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight. Add more lime juice or seasoning, to taste if desired. Serve cold.
Add 1/2 cup of buttermilk to the dip to make into a salad dressing. Serve with chips, pretzels, or veggies as a great party snack. Also delicious as a dressing on salads, tacos, fajitas, and a garnish for grilled meats or chicken.
