Piña & Lime Colada





Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Lime Simple Syrup*
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • toasted coconut for garnish

Notes:

Turn into a cocktail by adding 4 Tbsp. white rum. *Click here for the Coconut Lime Simple Syrup recipe.

Directions:

Add syrup and pineapple to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth and foamy. Add crushed ice and blend until slushy. Serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve in chilled glasses topped with toasted coconut and garnished with fresh pineapple slices.
