Raspberry-Mint Lemonade

Yields: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 Tbsp. Vanilla Bean-Grenadine Simple Syrup*
  • 1 x bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 4 cups prepared lemonade
  • 2 cups club soda or seltzer water

Notes:

Turn into a cocktail by adding 4 to 6 Tbsp. vodka or rum to pitcher. *Click here for the Vanilla Bean-Grenadine Simple Syrup recipe.

 

Directions:

Place syrup and mint leaves in a small pitcher and muddle together using a wooden spoon. Add raspberries and lemonade, cover and place mixture in refrigerator to chill. When ready to serve, add soda or seltzer to the pitcher and stir.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve over ice, making sure to get pieces of raspberries and mint in each glass.
