Red Rocks Hickory Smoke & Beer BBQ Sauce
Ingredients: 6-8 tbsp. Red Rocks Hickory Smoke Seasoning 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 4 tbsp. vegetable oil 2/3 cup beer 6 tbsp. ketchup
Directions: Stir ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 7-10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions: Try on beef, chicken and pork.
Yields: 1 cup
