Roman Pepper Steak Marinade
- 2 Tbsp. Roman Pepper Steak Seasoning
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Makes enough marinade for 2 to 4 pounds of steak, using ¼ to ½ cup of marinade per pound. Also nice with chicken, meaty white fish and vegetables.
Combine all ingredients and use to marinate your favorite good-quality steak for 20 to 30 min.
While marinated steak is cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and simmer until reduced and thickened into a sauce to serve on top or alongside cooked steak.
