Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. South Fork Italian Sausage Spice
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers (red, yellow, or green), chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. vegatable oil

Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Mix turkey meat with South Fork Italian Sausage Spice and let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour or up to 12 hours. Heat oil in skillet and cook sausage, peppers and onions together. Once cooked through (about 15 min.) serve on a bed of rice.

Serving Suggestions

You can serve this over rice, quinoa, or a sandwich roll.
