Brown Sugar & Spice Honey Ham Glaze
Bring apple juice to a boil, then whisk in spice rub and honey powder until dissolved. Whisk in corn syrup and maple sugar until well blended and simmer mixture until thickened, about 30 to 45 min., stirring occasionally.
Use to glaze your favorite baked ham. Use the leftover glaze and ham for our Mediterranean Style Ham & Apple Pasta Salad.
