Mexican Style Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tsp. tomato powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. California basil
- 1 tsp. Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dehydrated minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. coarse ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Notes:
When making vinaigrette, use a bottle or jar with a tight lid, as you will need to shake vigorously to combine the ingredients before using. For a spicier version try adding a little cayenne or minced jalapeño.Directions:
In a bottle or jar, mix tomato powder into water until dissolved. Next, pour in cider vinegar, lemon juice and lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.Yields:
