Park Hill Maple & Spice Mustard Glaze
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Park Hill Maple & Spice Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard, coarse grained
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Yields: 1/4 cup

This glaze is great for pouring over cooked vegetables or as a dressing for salads. Or use to baste chicken, pork or salmon before and during grilling.
