Park Hill Maple & Spice Mustard Glaze



This is a great all-purpose glaze that adds a zesty sweetness to just about anything that pairs well with mustard and vinegar. Try it on ham, grilled salmon, potato salad, greens, or roasted veggies.

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate if not using right away.

Serving Suggestions:

This glaze is great for pouring over cooked vegetables or as a dressing for potato salad. Whisk in more oil to taste for a vinaigrette to dress green salads. Or use to baste chicken, pork or salmon before and during grilling. For a ham glaze, add ¼ cup maple or brown sugar to the mixture and spread evenly over 7 to 9 lb. ham during last hour of cooking. Make extra to serve alongside the ham as a sauce.
