Recipe: Family Style Fajitas
A quick and simple recipe ideal for a weeknight family dinner. Keep it simple or set up a "fajita bar" with all your favorite toppings!
- 4 Tbsp. Family Style Fajita Seasoning
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 lb. flank steak, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Mix Fajita Seasoning with broth and set aside. In a pan over medium-high heat, brown sliced steak in the oil and strain. Working in the same pan, reduce heat to medium-low, pour broth mixture over steak and stir to combine. Cook for 5 to 6 min., stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low, squeeze in the lime juice and simmer for 10 to 15 min., stirring ociasionally.
Can be served with tortillas or over rice. Garnish with your favorite toppings! Our suggestions are pico de gallo, avocados (diced or mashed), sauteed bell peppers, fresh red onioins or sauteed white onions, and lime wedges.
