Orange Champagne Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1 x orange, juiced
- 4 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tsp. Park Hill Maple & Spice Pepper
- 1 pinch Kosher salt
Directions:
Mix orange juice, vinegar, Park Hill, and honey in a bowl. Gently whisk in oil and adjust seasoning with salt as needed.
Serving Suggestions:
Excellent tossed with baby carrots or beets, or as a salad with greens with fresh apples, pears, gorgonzola cheese and almonds.
