Orange Champagne Vinaigrette

When I was visiting my sister in Colorado, I stopped in the Savory Seasonings shop and saw this recipe. It reminded me of an amazing orange vinaigrette dressing that I had tasted on a cruise a few years ago, so I picked up a copy of the recipes and some of the Park Hill Maple and Spice Pepper. We tried the recipe at a cookout a couple of days later, and everyone LOVED it. I left some of the Park Hill spice with my sister so that she could make more, and then I made my own batch of the vinaigrette as soon as I returned home. It is wonderful addition to a summertime salad!

“I wanted a dry rub, which I've never used before, and was directed to the BBQ section and chose the Pearl St. Plank Rub. My ribs were the best anyone that night had ever tasted. I really, really appreciate the cooking advice and recipes, as well as the high quality spices. Many thanks!”
