Evan’s Bakeless Vegan Brownies




Ingredients:

Cocoa Powder, Black Onyx 4 oz bag $7.00
Cinnamon, Ceylon, "True", Organic OUT OF STOCK
Vanilla Bean Paste -2floz $6.00
Star Anise, Ground, Organic 2 floz bottle $3.75
Chile, Cayenne, Ground 1 oz bag $1.80

Directions:

Toast walnuts then grind in a food processor until ground to a meal. Add dried cranberries and dates and process until well combined. Add sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, vanilla, star anise and cayenne and pulse to combine. Add water so a loose dough forms; if it doesn’t, add more water 1 tsp. at a time. Press dough into a 9x9 inch pan, flatten and cool until firm.

Serving Suggestions:

Cut into bite size squares.
