Recipe: Urfa Red & White Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 tsp. Crushed Urfa Chiles
Heat milk in a double boiler over medium heat until bubbles form around the milk’s edge and steam begins to rise from the milk. Add white chocolate chips and whisk until chocolate is melted and mixture is frothy. Stir in Urfa, remove from heat and serve.
If desired, strain mixture to remove Urfa. Serve plain or topped with whipped cream.
