Nantucket Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 lbs. ground turkey
- 1 x egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. minced shallots
- 1 Tbsp. Nantucket Rosemary & Citrus Poultry Rub
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oil in medium bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as an appetizer with our Nantucket Lemon Dip, or as a main dish with rice or noodles and our Nantucket Lemon Sauce.
