Nantucket Lemon Sauce

Nantucket Rosemary & Citrus Poultry Rub 1 oz bag $2.70
Pepper, Black, Malabar: Coarse 1 oz bag $1.80

Ingredients:

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except cream in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk in heavy cream and allow sauce to simmer until thickened, about 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve over chicken or fish, or with our Nantucket Turkey Meatballs with rice or noodles.

    This was an incredibly quick and easy recipe. It was perfect for a weeknight dinner and very tasty! I made this last night and used it as a sauce for pasta and veggies. The only (very small) change I will make next time is to start with a bit less lemon juice, as my lemons were on the sour side, and add more as necessary. We really liked this sauce and I will absolutely be making it again!
