Nantucket Lemon Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp. grated lemon zest
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 x egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp. Nantucket Rosemary & Citrus Poultry Rub
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cream in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Whisk in heavy cream and allow sauce to simmer until thickened, about 5 min., stirring occasionally.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve over chicken or fish, or with our Nantucket Turkey Meatballs with rice or noodles.
