Bajan Hot Pepper Grilled Chicken

Savory Spice Shop Ingredients
Bajan Seasoning 4 floz bottle $4.60

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces (breast, thighs, bone-in or boneless)
  • 3 Tbsp. Bajan Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup Bajan Hot Pepper Sauce*

Notes:

You can use your favorite type of chicken pieces here, boneless, bone-in, etc. *Click here for the Bajan Hot Pepper Sauce recipe.

 

Directions:

Place chicken pieces and Bajan Seasoning in a large plastic food-storage bag and shake to coat all chicken pieces with seasoning. Refrigerate chicken for 20 to 30 min. while grill preheats. Place hot sauce in a shallow plate or bowl. Remove chicken from refrigerator and dip each piece in hot sauce to coat. Grill until cooked through.

Serving Suggestions:

Makes a great taco or fajita filling. Serve with our Caribbean Coconut Rice and side of Bajan Hot Pepper Sauce. Use in our Pineapple Coconut Fried Rice.
