In a small bowl, thoroughly mix together all paste ingredients. Place Bajan paste in a medium saucepan and toast over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 min., stirring constantly. Stir in sauce ingredients, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cook for 6 to 8 min. to thicken sauce.
Serve warm with any protein marinated and grilled with our Bajan Marinade.
