Recipe: Cape Hatteras Balsamic Vinaigrette
This vinaigrette is full of flavor and is especially delicious for salads paired with salmon!
Mix all ingredients together in a jar. Seal, shake until well combined and serve.
Toss with mixed greens and candied pecans, drizzle over grilled salmon or use to dress your favorite pasta salad. Store in refrigerator and use within a week. Let dressing come to room temperature before serving.
