Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a separate small bowl. Pour dressing over slaw mixture, cover and set in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving, stirring periodically.
Serve as a side or topping with burgers, pulled pork, chicken sandwiches or your favorite grilled meat.
