Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pita slices on a cookie sheet and toast for 12 min. Remove from oven and reserve. To make vinaigrette, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Za’atar, garlic, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and let sit 10 min. before serving.
