In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion and coriander and saute until onions start to turn translucent. Add water, seasoning, and asparagus and cook until heated through and slightly tender (cooking time depends on thickness of asparagus). Remove from heat and squeeze lemon over top. Serve warm sprinkled with cheese (if using).
