- 6 cups chopped watermelon (from about 1 medium watermelon)
- 2 cups Sports Splasher*
- 1 x lime, juiced
- 2 x sprigs fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups club soda or seltzer water
Place watermelon in blender and puree until smooth. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Return watermelon puree to clean blender. Add lime juice and mint leaves and blend until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and add soda or seltzer.
Serve over ice with sprigs of fresh mint and skewers of frozen melon balls.
