Long's Peak White BBQ Sauce


Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp. Long's Peak Pork Chop Spice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon, juiced
3/4 tsp. horseradish powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne

Directions:
Wisk the first five ingredients together until smooth. Add cayenne to taste.

Serving Suggestions:
This classic sauce originated in Alabama and is wonderful on pulled chicken or pork. It can also be used as a dip or dressing.
