When we say small batch BBQ sauce, we mean it! Taking inspiration from his Chasing BBQ road trip, Savory founder Mike Johnston brought back his favorite regional barbecue flavors to the Savory Spice Test Kitchen. After lots of testing and tasting, we turned the flavors of Mike’s journey into eight delicious BBQ sauces to share with our customers.

 Ketchup (Tomato Paste, Cane Sugar, Vinegar, Sea Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder), Molasses, Vinegar, Memphis BBQ Rub (Brown and White Sugar, Paprika, Kosher Salt, Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Black Pepper, Chiles, Coriander, Ginger, Thyme, Rosemary, and Mexican Oregano), Less than 2% of Hickory Smoke Flavor, Maltodextrin.
Shake well before serving. Refrigerate after opening.

This sauce was inspired by visits to legendary barbecue joints in Chicago, Memphis, St. Louis, and Kansas City. These regions are a melting pot of flavors, but you’re sure to find a sweet barbecue sauce in all of them. Our tomato and molasses based version is seasoned with our signature Memphis BBQ Rub and has just a hint of hickory smoke. A sweet sauce that works with the smokiness of barbecue from any region; use on ribs, chicken, brisket burnt ends, pulled pork, or even in baked beans.
