Rewards expire 30 days after they are issued. Only one reward can be used per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other product or order discounts.

You can also redeem points for select products from this page when logged in. In-store, our associates will let you know when you have 100 or more points and are eligible for a $10 reward or free products.

Your Loyalty Club VIP tier is based on how much you spend with us during a rolling 12-month period. As you move up, you'll unlock additional perks like more points per purchase, early sale access, and free shipping.

Yes, your VIP tier is regularly recalculated. You will automatically be moved up or down a tier based on your spend over a rolling 12-month period.
