Straight cheese powders are used to make a variety of Savory Spice Shop’s cheese blends. It takes 3 lbs. of fresh cheese to make 2 lbs. of dehydrated cheese powder. Cheese powders are made of natural cheeses that have been dehydrated down from about 45% moisture content to 5% moisture content, giving them a long stable shelf life.
