White balsamic vinegar powder is a free-flowing, powdered product made from white balsamic vinegar. It provides a true balsamic vinegar flavor and aroma to food products where a liquid version would not work. Because the dark coloring typically associated with balsamic is not present, white balsamic powder can be used in applications requiring a lighter color.

Ingredients:
White balsamic vinegar and IP maltodextrin.

Use it as a replacement for liquid vinegar in homemade rubs and seasonings or use straight as a rub or sprinkle for meats and vegetables. Great for adding vinegar flavor to homemade sausage. Create your own zesty potato chips or popcorn. To reconstitute blend one part white balsamic vinegar powder to 1.5 parts water (by weight). Shelf life is 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place.
