Black Onyx Chocolate Sugar

Expand Product Info ▼

For years we have created our well-loved vanilla sugars but for some reason ignored vanilla's dance partner, chocolate. Those days are now behind us. With black onyx cocoa taking the lead, we handcraft this dark chocolate sugar by adding just the right amount of sugar, Mexican vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, and chocolate extract.

Ingredients:
White sugar, black onyx cocoa, Mexican vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, and chocolate extract.

Its decadent, brownie-like flavor will add a chocolaty sweetness to just about anything. The cocoa kissed possibilities are limitless. Use it in baked goods, hot or cold cereal, pancakes, and French toast. Sprinkle on fruit or sweeten coffee, tea, and other beverages. Perfect for rimming the glass of your next adult beverage or to add a flourish to your mug of hot chocolate.
