Canyon Road Red Enchilada Seasoning
Enchiladas and New Mexico have a long history together. We knew it was important to have this traditional flavor represented in our shops. We handcraft this enchilada-inspired seasoning, keeping this rich history in mind. Our enchilada seasoning has a robust chile flavor with a medium heat.
Chiles, paprika, sugar, garlic, kosher salt, ground pumpkin seeds, cumin, Mexican oregano, and powdered bay leaves.
By creating a seasoning from flavors typically offered as a sauce, we have found a multitude of new uses. Give it a try as a sprinkle on eggs, salads, seafood, tofu or veggies. Use it as rub for beef, lamb, pork or poultry. It's perfect for flavoring sauces or soups as well as to create a spicy dressing or dip. Make a paste by mixing equal parts water, oil, and spice.
