One of Albuquerque's nicknames is "The Q" and we thought it was the perfect name for this locally inspired mix. We use coarsely ground spices, often found New Mexican cuisine, to balance the bold flavor of crushed brown mustard.

Ingredients:
Kosher salt, crushed brown mustard, black pepper, coriander, cumin, chiles, and thyme.

The harmony of these ingredients, while bold, is delightful. Try using as a rub for steak but also give it a try on lamb, pork, poultry, meaty seafood, tofu and veggies. Use to season burgers and meatloaf or make a bold dip or dressing.
