No smoker? No problem! Smoke cans make it easy to infuse smoke flavor into quick cooking fare, with no special equipment or set up required. Hickory Lemon Basil smoke cans add a strong, tangy smoke flavor to pork, ribs, poultry, or root vegetables. Elevate your grilling by pairing smoke cans with your favorite Savory spices; try a lemon-based rub for even more flavor!

Directions: Remove labels from top and side of can; do NOT remove lid from can. Place can directly on center of coals or over the hottest part of the grill. The can will begin smoking through the hole in the lid within a few minutes. Once smoking, add protein or veggies and grill to desired doneness. Keep grill covered to maximize smoke flavor. The can will smoke for about an hour and will stop smoking when removed from heat. Remove from heat with grill tongs, as tin will be hot.

Best for quick cooking fare like pork chops, pork tenderloin, beer-can chicken, chicken pieces, fish & shrimp, veggies, tofu, skewers & kabobs, or burgers. May be used more than once depending on grilling time. Not meant for all-day smoking projects.
