Celery Flakes, Fine
Celery grows wild in many places around the world. The garden variety that our flakes come from is native to Europe. We also carry coarse celery flakes, celery seeds and freshly ground celery seeds. Celery flakes have a parsley type aroma and flavor and are about twice as strong as the fresh vegetable.

Celery Flakes, Fine
Toss celery flakes in soups, stocks or stews. If you’re making a roast, casserole or chicken salad you should rehydrate the flakes first. Use a 3 to 1 ratio for water to flakes, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain and use.
