Ground celery, like celery seed, has the taste and smell of celery stalks, but its flavor is much more pronounced. Use anywhere you would seeds, but in half the quantity, as ground celery is much stronger. If you love the flavor of celery, try our Cambridgeshire or Channel Island blends.
