Blue cheese powder contains milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes and sodium phosphate.

Cheese powders are made of natural cheeses that have been dehydrated down from about 45% moisture content to 5% moisture content, giving them a long stable shelf life. We also carry Chedder and Romano cheese powders.

It takes 3 pounds of fresh cheese to make 2 pounds of dehydrated cheese powder.
