Cheese Powders: Cheddar & Romano
These cheese powders have full flavor and the texture is smooth and easy to convert into dressing, dips and sauces. Great on toasted breads or popcorn. Additionally, they are perfect for sprinkling over dishes and we used them to make a variety of or own cheese blends.

Cheddar cheese powder contains pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, cream, sodium phosphate, annatto and lactic acid.
Romano cheese powder contains part-skim cows milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes and sodium phosphate.
Cheese powders are made of natural cheeses that have been dehydrated down from about 45% moisture content to 5% moisture content, giving them a long stable shelf life.
