Garlic, Dehydrated, Granulated
Garlic, native to Central Asia, quickly spread to the Mediterranean and now is cultivated and widely used all around the world. As it’s one of the most popular seasonings, you will find yourself in need of garlic when cooking almost any dish. Having dehydrated garlic around is essential. Not only is it a wonderful flavoring agent, but this garlic doesn’t spoil. Using dehydrated garlic saves time by eliminating peeling, saves your hands from smelling and your eyes from tearing.
We carry four convenient sizes: very fine powder, chopped, minced and granulated.

Dehydrated Granulated Garlic
Dehydrated garlic releases its full flavor after it is moistened. There is no need to re-hydrate the powdered or granulated versions, but it is very easy to re-hydrate the minced and chopped pieces. Simply soak in a bowl of warm water for 15 minutes, drain and use as fresh. About 1/8 tsp. is equal to 1 average size clove. If you are on a low sodium diet, substitute ½ tsp. of salt with 1/8 tsp. garlic. We also carry roasted granulated garlic and high bulk index dehydrated garlic for when you are in a rush.
“There are five elements: earth, air, fire, water and garlic.”
