Lovage, Organic

Lovage is a plant that originates from Europe and is closely related to carrots, parsley and dill. In its fresh form, lovage has dark green leaves and bears greenish yellow flowers. It shares some of the same elements as celery seeds, which explains why its taste is similar, but sweeter and stronger than celery.

Try using lovage to add depth of flavor to sauces, soups, stews and stocks. Additionally, sprinkle lovage on salads and vegetables or try in your favorite seafood dishes.
